The Pumpkin Spice Latte (or PSL to seasoned drinkers) is associated with all the goodies fall has to offer: cozy knit sweaters and delicious foods (hello, apple pie!) to name two. As we continue to embrace the new season with open arms by sipping on as many PSLs as we can get our hands on, we’re also quick to acknowledge that buying the seasonal beverage every day can hurt your wallet. So, why not make it in the comfort of your own home?
Usually, the Pumpkin Spice Latte calls for a shot of espresso or coffee. To ensure a more calming experience, I created a recipe that offers the inviting flavors of a traditional Pumpkin Spice Latte while also boasting better-for-you ingredients like Vital Proteins Collagen Creamer® in Coconut – a must-have for keto lovers – coconut butter and pumpkin pie spice. My favorite part about this DIY Pumpkin Spice Latte is that it is made without gluten, dairy or added sugars thanks to our fan-favorite creamer.
Another reason why you’ll love adding our Collagen Creamer to your drink? It contains bovine-sourced collagen, which helps to support healthy hair, skin, nails and joints.** Best treat ever!
As the days get shorter and brisker, make sure to reach for a cozy sweater and whip up a cup of this creamy Pumpkin Spice Latte. It wouldn't really be fall without it.
