I love my daily cup of coffee. I usually make an additional one or two cups to keep me going on busy days. The one negative, however, is the crash that follows a few hours later. Luckily, I was able to find a drink that combats that negative factor while also providing a sufficient energy boost. This is due to the addition of Vital Proteins Mocha Collagen Creamer, which is free of gluten, dairy, and added sweeteners, and contains energy-boosting MCTs.

I coined this drink my Superfood Iced Mocha because it combines three superstar ingredients: maca, ashwagandha, and our Vital Proteins Mocha Collagen Creamer. They all provide sustained energy over a period of time, so there’s no need to worry about mid-afternoon caffeine crashes!

Iced Mocha Recipe

 Yields 1 Iced Mocha

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a blender, combine all of your ingredients.
  2. Blend for 30 seconds to one minute.
  3. Pour over ice and enjoy!
