Chocolate Collagen Overnight Oats
Yields 1 serving.
- 1 C rolled oats
- 2 scoops Vital Proteins® Chocolate Collagen Peptides
- 1 C of almond milk
- 1/2 t vanilla extract
- 1/4 t salt (optional)
- 2 T Sugar free maple syrup
- 1/8 C chia seeds
- dark chocolate chips
- peanut butter
Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and place in refrigerator overnight. Before eating, add toppings. Enjoy!
