Ingredients
- 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, divided
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- 6 tablespoons Vital Proteins Strawberry Lemonade Collagen Peptides
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Combine the yogurt, 1 cup of hulled strawberries, milk, collagen peptides, honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla in a blender. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth.
- Pour the mixture evenly into 10 ice pop molds (about 3 ounces each), leaving a little space at the top of each.
- Finely chop the remaining 1/2 cup of strawberries. Divide the berries between the ice pop molds, then insert sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until completely solid. To serve, run molds under warm water for a few seconds to release the pops.
