Banana Gingerbread

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add eggs to the mixture.
  4. Once all wet ingredients are well integrated, add in all remaining dry ingredients besides the chocolate chips. 
  5. Once mixed well, fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the mixture into a lined and greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake the bread for 45 minutes. 
  8. Once out of the oven, top with additional chocolate chips.
  9. Let it cool then serve and enjoy!
