Kourtney Kardashian is many things. In addition to starring alongside her famous sisters in Keeping Up with the Kardashians, the supermom is also a seasoned businesswoman. She most recently launched her lifestyle site Poosh in 2019, thus beginning a partnership with Vital Proteins® that led to the creation of two VP x Poosh collagen products: Blueberry & Lemon Collagen Vibes™ supplement and Pink Moon Milk Collagen Latte™ supplement.
As she continues her reign as the queen of all things lifestyle, Kardashian took time out of her busy schedule to chat with Lively about collagen, her wellness routine and her must-have travel essentials. Keep reading for the full Q&A below.
Kourtney Kardashian: I started taking collagen when I discovered that it has unique properties that can’t be found in other protein sources. Since then, I have added it into my routine. I’ve been drinking collagen (the main protein found in the body: think hair, skin, bones, muscles, joints, and tendons) every morning for years, and it’s made such a difference in my body. I notice a glow in my skin, my hair is healthy, and my nails are so much stronger.** It also helps my body recover more quickly from my intense workouts by supporting my bones and joints.**

I keep our Collagen Vibes in my bedroom with a spoon and a glass next to it. Just add in two scoops, pour in warm water and mix. KK: I always try to schedule a workout in the morning to set the tone for my day. It’s essential for making me feel balanced, happy and confident. I follow that with a sauna to clear my head and mentally reset while sweating out toxins.
KK: The best advice I would give is to not be afraid to try new things and to always be authentic. My dad used to always tell us that money does not buy happiness. I feel like this is especially true in starting a business. If you want to start a business, put your efforts into something you love and are passionate about.
KK: The best part is reflecting back on how much has changed over the years. I feel like I have learned so much and have grown so much as an individual. It’s also been amazing to watch my kids grow and I’m excited to experience more with them as they get older. I also started Poosh this year and it has been so rewarding to see everything we have accomplished so far. I’m looking forward to seeing how Poosh grows and evolves in the new decade.
KK: I love traveling with vitamin C packs to make sure I don’t get sick when I travel. I also love taking my Vital Proteins with me in portable containers. This helps me stay on track with my morning and nighttime routine when I’m not home. I also make sure to bring a silk pillowcase and pillow for the flight and for the hotel.
