On the latest installment of Cooking with Collagen, Vital Proteins social media associate and resident food stylist Roxy Popkiewicz does just that and gets creative with the standout ingredient. She adds our Madagascar Vanilla Collagen Latte – containing 10g of bone broth collagen, 600mg of organic ashwagandha, 50mg of hyaluronic acid (HA), and 1g of sugar per serving from whole-food ingredients – to a blender of assorted berries and unsweetened coconut milk for the ultimate collagen smoothie.

Collagen Latte Smoothie
Yields 1 serving of Collagen Latte Smoothie
- 1 C unsweetened coconut milk or milk of choice
- ½ C frozen strawberries
- ½ C frozen blueberries
- ½ C frozen blackberries
- 2 scoops Vital Proteins Madagascar Vanilla Collagen Latte
- Add Vanilla Collagen Latte to 1/4 cup of hot water and mix.
- Pour the mixture with the rest of ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
