Lemon Poppy Seed Oatmeal

Yields 2 to 4 servings



  1. Bring water to a boil in a pot on the stove. Once water begins to boil, add in the oats and cook for about 7–10 minutes on low or until the water is fully absorbed. Once the water has absorbed, remove the pot from the stove.
  2. Next stir in the almond milk, maple syrup, Lemon Collagen Peptides, cinnamon and poppyseeds.
