Gluten-Free Gingerbread Cookies

Ingredients:

Instructions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F
  2. Combine ingredients using a hand mixer or food processor.
  3. Place in fridge to chill for 20 minutes.
  4. Form dough into small disks on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
