Easy Chocolate Mousse Recipe

Yields 1 Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:

  • 1 16 oz. can full fat coconut milk
  • ½ medium avocado
  • 3-4 T raw cacao powder
  • 2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
  • 5 drops liquid stevia (or sub for 2 T maple syrup or raw honey)

Directions:

  1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth and creamy consistency.
  2. Serve in a glass or jar, add your favorite toppings (cacao nibs, goji berries, chia seeds or coconut flakes) and enjoy!
