Toasted Coconut Latte
Yields 1 coconut latte
- 1 C fresh brewed coffee
- 2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Creamer® in Coconut
- 2 t coconut sugar
- 1/2 t vanilla extract
- Coconut flakes
- 6 oz. coconut milk
- Blend brewed coffee, 1 scoop of the Coconut Collagen Creamer™ supplement, coconut sugar and vanilla extract. Pour into a mug.
- Then blend the coconut milk and Coconut Collagen Creamer™ supplement together and top off the latte.
- Sprinkle on some coconut flakes and enjoy!
