Balvin. “Music becomes the heartbeat of the workout and pushes everyone to keep going!” she tells Lively.

David Kirsch: Purchase Cost-Effective Equipment

Investing in your fitness journey doesn’t have to cost a fortune. Kirsch, most famously known for working with Jennifer Lopez and Kate Upton, recommends purchasing low-cost (and versatile) gear to supplement your total-body workouts. A stability ball, medicine ball, hand weights and an exercise mat are on his must-buy list.
