Peach Crisp Cups

Yields 4 Peach Crisp Cups

Filling Ingredients:

Crumble Ingredients:

  • ½ C rolled oats
  • 2 T coconut oil (melted)
  • ½ C walnuts (crushed)
  • 2 T coconut sugar
  • 2 T honey


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare the filling by peeling and slicing the peaches into thick pieces.
  3. Place the peaches and melted coconut oil in a mixing bowl and combine until mixed.
  4. Add the almond flour and Morning Get Up & Glow™ in Peach Mango to the mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
  5. Spray your ramekin bowls with your favorite cooking spray and evenly pour the batter into each cup.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix the rolled oats, melted coconut oil, crushed walnuts and coconut sugar.
  7. Once the ingredients are well combined, stir in the honey, creating pieces of the crumble topping.
  8. Top each cup with the crumble topping and place them in the oven for 10 minutes.
  9. Remove the cups from the oven and spray the top of each with cooking spray.
  10. Bake the cups again for another 5 minutes to crisp the crumble.
  11. Let the cups cool & enjoy!
