Chickpeas add a ton of nutrition to the recipe, while also creating a surprisingly perfect cookie dough texture. Your friends and family will not even guess your new secret ingredient!

Chickpea Cookie Dough Collagen Recipe

Chickpea Cookie Dough

Yields 1½ C Chickpea Cookie Dough


  1. Rise the chickpeas using a strainer.

  2. Remove the chickpea skins by simply pinching the chickpeas until they slide off.

  3. Place all chickpeas in a food processor and grind until smooth.

  4. Add the peanut butter and continue to grind in the food processor.

  5. Add the honey and integrate fully using the food processor.

  6. Pour the batter into a mixing bowl and add in the Vanilla Collagen Creamer and salt.

  7. Mix remaining ingredients together using a whisk.

  8. Lastly, fold in the chocolate chips using a spatula.

  9.  Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight and Enjoy!
