Banana Ice Cream Recipe

Yields 1 serving of Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 scoops Vital Proteins Vanilla Collagen Peptides
  • 1 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 T coconut cream, from a can of full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/3 C milk of choice (almond milk was used in this recipe)
  • 3-4 ice cubes (optional)

Directions:

  1. In a high-speed blender, add in your Vital Proteins Vanilla Collagen, frozen banana, coconut cream, ice cubes and milk of choice.
  2. Blend away until desired consistency is reached. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes:

  • Peel and freeze ripe bananas before hand to make this recipe easier.
