Nothing beats a good ol’ fashioned blueberry muffin, but what about transforming this sweet delight into a smoothie? Smoothies are a great way to pack in a whole lot of nutrition – especially if you find yourself constantly on the go and with not enough time to make a balanced breakfast.

This Blueberry Smoothie packs protein and good-for-you ingredients, making it an easy breakfast option or the perfect post-workout beverage. Reminiscent of blueberry muffins, this creamy Blueberry Smoothie is even more nutritious than the breakfast staple. This particular smoothie is made up of seven simple ingredients: banana, almond butter, vanilla extract, blueberries, vanilla yogurt, milk, and Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides

Aside from being easily soluble in both hot and cold liquids and foods, Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides helps to promote stronger hair, skin, nails, and joints with every scoop. The yogurt ups the creaminess factor while the blueberries provide you with ample antioxidants and fiber.

Try transforming this smoothie into a chia pudding by adding three tablespoons of chia seeds into the mixture and letting it sit either overnight or for a few minutes in the fridge to thicken.
