Who doesn’t want dessert for breakfast? Especially when it contains hidden wellness and beauty benefits.
Every Sunday, I meal prep a few sweets to last me the week. This week, I made these moist and naturally-sweetened Banana Bread Muffins, which called for ingredients you likely already have in your kitchen. I also added two scoops of Vital Proteins Collagen Creamer® in Vanilla to help amp up the flavor. And while yes, it did bring a hint of vanilla to this particular recipe, our Collagen Creamer is also a healthy and versatile must-have. Not only does collagen help to support healthier hair, skin, nails, and joints, but this VP product is also free of dairy, gluten, and artificial sweeteners and sugars. Our Collagen Creamer™ supplement is a hit among keto lovers since it’s a source of healthy fats and energy-boosting MCTs due to the presence of coconut milk powder.
A big goal of mine is to create recipes using whole foods and as many easily accessible ingredients as possible. Luckily, this recipe hits all those bullet points. Eating healthy doesn’t have to be difficult or tasteless – and I can assure you this collagen recipe for Healthy Banana Bread Muffins is neither.
Give these a try the next time you meal prep or whenever you’re craving a delicious muffin.
