When it comes to leading a healthier lifestyle, celebrity trainer Erin Oprea recommends wellness seekers invest in a regular exercise schedule and a cleaner diet. Oprea previously showed us the workout routine responsible for Carrie Underwood’s super-strong, super-toned legs to help us reach our fitness goals. And now, Oprea is sharing her recipe “for a breakfast that feeds your whole body,” Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal, with Lively. Say hello to a healthier, heartier way to kickstart your a.m. routine. To make this breakfast staple, you’ll need steel-cut oats, water, apples and cinnamon. Just add the ingredients into your slow-cooker and let them simmer while you tackle other things on your to-do list or take a much-needed nap.
“You’ll wake up to a fragrant home and a breakfast that’s ready to eat!” she tells Lively of the nutrient-rich meal. If you’re looking to experience even more health benefits, add two scoops of our Vital Proteins Collagen Creamer® in Vanilla. It provides a cozy, warm flavor and helps to promote stronger hair, skin, nails and joints.**
