My Collagen Routine: I like to eat my food, I don’t drink it. If I’m going out for a run, I’ll fuel with oatmeal and peanut butter. After a workout, I’ll eat quinoa, eggs and avocado (but I’m not one to shy away from a post-run bagel). I love Vital Proteins® Collagen Peptides. I’ll mix it in water with electrolytes post-workout or add it to my morning coffee.
