Frozen Hot Chocolate Popsicles

Ingredients:

  1. Blend the coconut milk and Collagen Latte in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add the maple syrup and water.
  3. Blend again until smooth.
  4. Leave the blended mixture to side.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips until smooth.
  6. Once the chocolate is melted, splatter it into each popsicle mold. (Tip: Put a small spoonful of chocolate at the bottom of the mold and move the spoon side to side until you reach the top of the mold.)
  7. Pour the blended mixture evenly into each popsicle mold. 
  8. Freeze overnight and enjoy!
