In some instances, certain returns may be subject to a restocking fee, but please reach out to us first so we can help you resolve any questions or issues you may have.

In no event will any replacement or refund constitute an admission of any kind by Vital Proteins. We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent.
