This particular smoothie is made up of seven simple ingredients: banana, almond butter, vanilla extract, blueberries, vanilla yogurt, milk, and Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides.

- 1 large spoonful vanilla yogurt (can be substituted for dairy-free yogurt)
