Since our inception, Vital Proteins has worked with The Primo Center for Women and Children, a Chicago-based organization that provides resources for the city’s most vulnerable residents, homeless women and children. The Primo Center provides housing, mental health services, early childhood services and violence-prevention programs for at-risk youth, among other benefits.
This year, we’re inviting our Vital Proteins customers to join us in giving back by participating in our Blue Box Project, a charitable drive to support our partnership with the Primo Center for Women and Children. And it’s really easy to help.
Blue Box Project: The Details
Each Vital Proteins order that is shipped now through January 31st* will come with a prepaid return shipping label. Help make a difference by refilling the box that previously contained your VP order, with laundry detergent, full-sized toothpaste, deodorant, lotion, etc. to support those in need this holiday season.
The Needs
The Primo Center for Women and Children is in need of laundry detergent, blankets, new towel and washcloths, full-sized toothpaste, full-sized deodorant, full-sized lotion, full-sized shampoo, conditioner, haircare products, and twin and full-sized sheet sets. Will you join us in making a difference in these women and children’s lives?
Disclaimer:
Each package shipped between 12/3/19 through 1/31/20 will include a prepaid return shipping label and a marketing insert that explains the project. Customers can refill their blue Vital Proteins box with items from the Primo Center’s wish list and send it back to us. Items include toiletries, towels, bed sheets, and more. Once we receive these items, they will be taken to the Primo Center for donation.
