U.S. Shipping Methods
For Contiguous US (Lower 48 States):
- Vital Proteins is proud to offer free ground shipping for all single orders $50 or more shipped within the Contiguous US. In order to qualify for free shipping, you must have $50 or more of product and / or merchandise in your cart (before taxes). We ship orders using FedEx Ground Services (Home Delivery, SmartPost) and USPS Priority and First Class Services. Shipping carrier will be determined by Vital Proteins at the time of shipping based on end destination and service is selected to ensure delivery within five (5) to seven (7) business days.
For Non-Contiguous US (Hawaii, Alaska, US Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico):
- Vital Proteins does not offer free shipping to the Non-Contiguous US at this time, but you can still order our products with an additional shipping cost. Shipping cost will be determined by the standard rates of your preferred carrier.
International Shipping
Vital Proteins US does not ship internationally.

Shipping Times
