This sweepstakes promotion“World Sleep Day Sweepstakes” shall be subject to these official rules (the “Official Rules”), and by entering, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein. Certain restrictions may apply.
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. ODDS OF WINNING WILL DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED.
BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES YOU MUST AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH CREATE A CONTRACT SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, SUCH CONTRACT INCLUDES GRANTS OF RIGHTS AND INDEMNITIES TO SPONSOR FROM YOU AND MANDATORY ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

The Sweepstakes sponsors are Vital Proteins LLC, 3400 Wolf Road, Suite 200, Franklin Park, Illinois 60131 (the “Sponsor”).
The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or the other brands set forth herein. Instagram and the other brands set forth herein are not associated with the Sweepstakes in any way. By entering the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge that Instagram bears no responsibility for the Sweepstakes, and you release Instagram and the other brands set forth herein from any liability whatsoever in connection with the Sweepstakes.
You understand that you are providing information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram. If you have any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes, you must direct them to the Sponsor, not Instagram.

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the Sweepstakes. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
Entry Period
The Sweepstakes starts at9AM CST on3/17/23 and ends at11:59PM CST on3/19/23 (the “Entry Period”).

There aretwo ways to enter:

You must be a registered Instagram account holder, and:(1) follow@vitalproteins, @wander_beauty,+ @homebodii;(2) like@vitalproteins, @wander_beauty,+ @homebodiidesignated Instagram posts (the “Entry Site”); and (3) tag 3 friends (with their registered Instagram account name) in a comment.

On a postcard or a card that is no smaller than 3 ½ x 5 inches and no larger than 4 ¼ x 6 inches, legibly handwrite your complete name, mailing address, phone number and date of birth and mail with proper postage to World Sleep DayGIVEAWAY, Attn: SOCIAL MEDIA DEPARTMENT, 939 W Fulton Market Chicago, IL 60607. All write-in entries must be postmarked by3/19/23 and received by3/24/23. There is a limit of one (1) write-in entry per envelope/postcard. Each envelope/postcard is considered one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Multiple entries submitted or completed by anyone other than the entrant are void. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Write-in entries must contain all entry fields outlined above; otherwise, they are void and will not be eligible to win.
