I was very excited to try this new coffee creamer to help me get my collagen in on a daily basis. I chose to try the the gingerbread first to make sure that the collagen flavor was covered up. Although the flavor is good, it is definitely more on the "ginger" side, which some may not like and I'm not a huge fan of myself. I found it helpful to add some cinnamon. Also, regardless of how I mix it (one or two scoops) in my coffee (stir, blend, shake) it settles at the bottom of the cup and leaves tiny chunks all over. I am happy to have an alternative coffee creamer that is packed with nutrients, and I will be purchasing again in the vanilla, but there is some room for improvement.

Great addition to my Keto routine
Blends smoothly, great taste, makes my coffee or tea a treat, and gives me the benefits of collagen. Thanks Vital Proteins
Gritty and Bitter
I was excited to try this product because I am a faithful user of Collagen Peptides in my coffee. What a disappointment. Once I opened the package and got a look at the product, I knew it wasn't going to go well. I only used one scoop, not the recommended two scoops. It didn't mix well, is gritty, and leaves dregs in the bottom of the cup. The taste was so bitter (and peppery) with one scoop; two scoops and the coffee would have went down the drain. I'm a big fan of gingerbread and this is not it.

Really wanted to like it.
Since I use VP collagen & pumpkin pie spice in my coffee regularly, this product seemed perfect. However, it’s very spicy and the coconut milk doesn’t make your coffee any more creamy than the regular collagen. Vanilla may have been a better flavor to try, but still not creamy. Back to unflavored collagen for me.

Doesn't blend well in coffee...
I was really excited to try this, especially when I opened the container and smelt all that delicious gingerbread goodness. Unfortunately, I've found it doesn't blend well into coffee. Even when I use my frother. Much like cinnamon, it just stays grainy (I assume the collagen part dissolves, but the gingerbread flavours don't), so at the end of my cup, there's a big glob of spices at the bottom. Overall, I liked the subtle taste, and I really want to see if the collagen has any benefit for me so I found a different use ... and now I'm adding it to my chia seed pudding every morning. Works great in that!
