Theragun G3Pro. I can’t live without this valuable tool. I use it immediately after I get off of the bike on my glutes, hip flexors, hamstrings and IT Band. It is pricey, but it is the best on the market and keeps me pain free!

Epicor Plus by Now Foods. This is essential to take after being in a sweaty room with 50 people! Epicor is a must during the cold and flu season.

Lundeburg Organic Brown Rice Cake Stackers and Artisana Organic Almond Butter. As a vegan sometimes, I can’t find vegan food after a workout so I also have packets of almond butter and rice cakes to eat.

Argan oil. It’s the only moisturizer I use on my face. I have been using it for 10 years and swear by it.
