An Hourly Breakdown Of A Coffee Lover's Collagen Routine

Whitney also happens to be a big coffee and collagen fan, which is why we had to learn more about her daily routine. Keep reading for a first-hand account of how she adds collagen to her day, with help from a few of our best-selling products.

Inside Whitney Queisser's Coffee-Loving Collagen Routine

7:30 a.m.: No alarm clocks needed in this house! My sweet dog, Marty, lets me know it’s time to start the day by licking my hand until I wake up. I stumble to the back door to let him outside and down a Defense Collagen Shot™. 8:15 a.m.: After a quick shower, it's time for the most important part of my day: making my morning latte. My friends and colleagues know I take my coffee very seriously. I limit my caffeine intake to one coffee a day, so I make darn sure that it counts! It all starts with either a local roaster or Vital Coffee Roasters whole bean coffee, ground fresh using my burr grinder. 1:05 p.m.: Now, one of three things will happen. One: Marty and I go to the off-leash dog park so he can romp around and burn off some energy. Two: I hop on the Peloton so I can burn off some energy. Or three: I realize I've bitten off more than I can chew for the day and don't have time for an afternoon reset. The solution?
