Tropical Coconut Smoothie

We’ve got the perfect tropical smoothie for your mornings!  This Tropical Coconut Smoothie is full of bright, tangy fruit and creamy coconut (with a little shredded coconut for added texture!). There’s no added sweetener and with the addition of protein from our Collagen Peptides, it’s also perfect for post-workout.  It makes enough for two but we won’t tell if you choose not to share!

Summery Tropical Smoothie

Yields: 2 servings

1 c. frozen chopped pineapple

1 c. frozen chopped mango

1 banana

1 c. full-fat coconut milk

¼ c. unsweetened shredded coconut

½ lime, juiced

½ tsp. vanilla extract

2-4 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides

Directions:

Add all the ingredients to a high-powder blender.  Add Collagen Peptides to your desired protein level.  Blend on high speed until the smoothie is thick and creamy.  Enjoy immediately!
