Vitamin C Smoothie Bowl

Yields: 2 servings

1 orange

3.5 oz. frozen unsweetened acai puree

2 c. frozen raspberries

½ c. almond milk

2 tsp. dried pomegranate or goji berry powder

1 scoop Vital Proteins Organic Whey Protein

1 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides

For topping: fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, coconut flakes

Directions:

Peel the orange, cube it, and add it to a blender.  Place the acai puree in a cup of warm water for 3-5 minutes until it can be easily broken up into pieces.  Add it to the blender along with the remaining ingredients.

Blend until thick and smooth.  If the mix is too thick for the blender, add small amounts of additional almond milk as needed.  This bowl is best enjoyed with a very thick pureed smoothie.

Add your choice of toppings and enjoy!
