Keep a batch of this Golden Recovery Juice in your fridge to aid in your fitness recovery. While it provides that familiar orange flavor, it’s packed with far more nutrients than a sugar-laden glass of orange juice. With beets, lemon, sweet potato, and carrots, you’ll get a full array of vitamins. Fresh pressed ginger and turmeric provide anti-inflammatory effects to ease soreness and aches. Golden Recovery Juice

Yields: 2 servings

1 orange, peeled

2 golden beets

1 lemon, ends trimmed off

1/2 sweet potato

2 carrots

3″ knob ginger

3″ knob turmeric

2 scoops Vital Proteins Marine Collagen

Directions:

Chop the orange, beets, lemon (leave the skin intact), sweet potato, carrots, ginger, and turmeric to about 1″ cubed pieces.  Run through your juicer according to instructions.  Stir in the Marine Collagen and serve.
